John Lorusso (Team Leader)
John Lorusso is the team leader and is responsible for the management of the project. He will maintain organization of the project and clear communication between advisors and the team. John is responsible for the analysis and redesign of the Lower Aetna Lake Dam and will utilize independent research as well as data from the other members of the team. John is currently interested in water resources and hopes to find a career in the field.
Gregory Bishop
Gregory Bishop is a senior at The College of New Jersey. He is responsible for the analysis and redesign of the Lake Stockwell Dam. He is an E-board member for both Chi Epsilon and ASCE. Greg spent last summer working in a civil engineering internship he had with Agate Construction as a field engineer. He is eager to pursue a career in Heavy Highway engineering upon graduation.
Shivani Savalia
Shivani is a senior civil engineering student at The College of New Jersey. Her focus on this project is the redesign of the Upper Aetna Dam. After graduation she is striving to seek a position in construction management, while working towards her goal of obtaining PE Licensure.
Joe Wagner
Joe Wagner is a Senior Civil Engineering Student at the College of New Jersey. He will be working alongside Dr. Michael Horst to complete the dam redesign of Papoose Lake Dam. His previous knowledge from engineering courses such as Fluid Mechanics and Hydrology, and new knowledge from Water Resources Engineering will aid him in effectively completing the redesign. Additional information from documents provided by the Bureau of Dam safety will also be utilized. Outside of Engineering, Joe is a Team Engineering Ambassador, a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Theta Tau Engineering Fraternity, and a founding member of Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity.
